The Ministry for Ethnic Communities invites feedback from the ethnic communities on their draft Strategy to guide their work over the next four years. They are developing actions to lift the wellbeing of ethnic communities. They are particularly keen to know if they are on the right track, what emphasis they should place on their proposed actions, and how the Ministry could work with communities to achieve the desired goals.
About the draft strategy
In April and May this year, the Minister for Diversity, Inclusion and Ethnic Communities, Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan, collated views from hundreds of people about their views on what the new Ministry should focus on first in order to have the biggest impact for ethnic communities.
The following are the four strategic priorities and goals for the Ministry endorsed by Cabinet as the Ministry’s priorities over the next few years:
They are seeking feedback on the draft strategy between Monday, 27 September and Friday, 5 November 2021.
