Cross-Cultural Practice Supervision is rolling in!

Cross-Cultural Practice Supervision

eCALD Services is piloting an extension of service to enhance eCALD learners’ cross-cultural practices in the field.  The cross-cultural practice group supervision aims to support practitioners who have attended at least one of the eCALD courses with further insights into their practices, especially when they experience challenges when working with CALD patients due to cultural differences.  It will provide a safe and open environment for the learners to deepen their knowledge and increase their skills to work more effectively with CALD patients, leading to better patient experiences and outcomes.  The main goal of this service is to empower the health workforce and advocates for CALD migrant and refugee consumers, whānau and communities in accessing culturally sensitive and appropriate services.  In short, it is to achieve Pae Ora, a healthy future for all New Zealanders.

Do you know and understand eCALD programme’s principles, have experience conducting group supervision and are passionate about supporting healthcare workers in cross-cultural practice.  In that case, we invite you to consider being part of this pilot project
