Post-training Support | Join Our Cross-Cultural Community of Practice!
In 2025, eCALD® Services introduced a permanent post-training support programme for learners, known as the Cross-cultural Community of Practice Support (CCPS). It is offered at no cost to the New Zealand health workforce.
This isn’t clinical supervision—it’s a safe and supportive space to explore the cultural challenges practitioners face in their everyday work.
Our sessions bring together practitioners who want to share experiences, learn from each other, and discuss real cases in a collaborative environment. It’s a great opportunity to gain fresh insights and practical strategies for working across cultures.
To keep conversations meaningful and interactive, each group is limited to 10 participants—so everyone has a voice.
