Kāhui Tū Kaha (previously known as Affinity Services ) provides the following Asian services:

Korean Counsellors [Private] [Auckland Region]

A list of Korean counsellors (private practices) in the Auckland region.

Korean Positive Ageing Charitable Trust (KPACT) [NGO] [Auckland Region]

The Korean Positive Ageing Charitable Trust provides information and advice to Korean seniors to promote health and wellbeing.

NZ Fijian Seniors Association Inc. [NGO] [Auckland Region]

The NZ Fijian Seniors Association provides Fijian seniors with information on New Zealand services for older people and promotes social, health wellbeing, and friendship to reduce isolation.

Primary Health Interpreting Service (PHI) [Waitemata DHB] [Auckland DHB] [Counties Manukau DHB] [Auckland Region]

Primary health services such as general practices, primary care organisations, such as Plunket and health and disability NGOs  have access to free interpreting services in the Auckland region funded by the Ministry of Health.

Rainbow Club (for Korean older people) [NGO] [Auckland Region]

The Rainbow Cub provides Korean seniors with activities, exercises, health talks, singalongs and games to reduce social isolation.

Refugee Health Promotion [ARPHS] [Auckland Region]

The Refugee Health Promoter works in partnership with health services, refugee communities, government agencies and NGOs to improve the health of refugee communities in the Greater Auckland region. 

Refugee Health Service [ARPHS] [Auckland Region]

ARPHS Refugee Health Service provides a medical screening and referral service for quota refugees on arrival at the Mangere Refugee Resettlement Centre (MRRC); as well as for asylum seekers detained at the Centre.

Refugees as Survivors: Afghani Senior Men’s Group [NGO] [Auckland Region]

Refugees as Survivors (RAS) provide group activities and information to Afghani senior men to promote health and wellbeing to reduce social isolation.

Refugees as Survivors: Mobile Clinical Team [NGO] [Auckland Region]

The RASNZ Refugee Mobile Team is contracted to provide mental health support to people from refugee backgrounds resettled in the greater Auckland region.

Regional Refugee Community Health Worker Team - Starship Community [Auckland Central]

Auckland District Health Board Starship Community

Starship Community Service manages the Regional Refugee Community Health Worker Team who provide assistance to families from refugee backgrounds in the Auckland region to improve the mental, social and physical well-being of people from refugee backgrounds (including asylum seekers) and their families through the co-ordination of health and related services that impact on their health and well-being.

Sahaayta [NGO] [Auckland Region]

Sahaayta provides holistic, confidential, culturally appropriate counselling and support services for South Asian individuals, couples, families, youth, children and seniors.
