Pilot Project | Cross-Cultural Practice Supervision

We heard from our learners that they wish to access supervision and support when working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.  This pilot project intends to provide a team of experienced supervisors who work closely with CALD people in the health sector.  We aim to launch this pilot project in April 2024 for one year.

Cross-Cultural Practice Supervision is rolling in!

Do you work with people from Asian, Middle Eastern, Latin American or African backgrounds in the health sector?

Do you have experience in facilitating group supervision?

Do you have spare time to coach others in providing cross-cultural practice?

If your answer to the above is “Yes”, you may be the person that we are looking for this pilot project.  eCALD Services is looking for suitable health practitioners to pilot this project in Cross-Cultural Practice Supervision.

Te Whatu Ora’s electronic cultural and linguistic diversity (eCALD®) training programme has been selected as one of the 49 country case examples featured in the World Health Organization report showcasing the positive steps taken by countries to improve health outcomes for the one billion people on the move.
